When you enter the One World Observatory…
You’ll first arrive at the Global Welcome Center, where you’ll be greeted by rows of greetings on large-screen displays and a dynamically generated world map that highlights your hometown. All guests must have a ticket to enter.
“Voice of the Heart” and “Foundation”
You’ll enjoy a show called “The Voice,” which tells the individual stories of the people who built One World Trade Center.
Next, “Foundation” will give you an up-close look at the foundation of the building.
Sky pod elevator
You’ll take one of five dedicated elevators to the 102nd floor in 60 seconds.
Floor-to-ceiling LED technology in each elevator gives guests an immersive virtual time-lapse experience that recreates the evolution of the New York skyline from the 16th century to today.
SEE FOREVER THEATER (movie)
You’ll watch a two-minute or so exciting video presentation that combines aerial views, time-lapse abstract textures and patterns to bring together the unique rhythm and energy of New York’s vivid life in three dimensions.
Main viewing platform
On the observation deck’s 100th level, or “Discovery Level,” you’ll experience 360-degree views of iconic sights, the surrounding water, and panoramic views of the city and beyond.
Air Portal
The main feature of the viewing platform is the aerial portal. You’ll stand on a 4-meter-wide disc that uses real-time high-definition footage to transmit unforgettable views of the street below.
City Pulse
This interactive skyline puts you in touch with the iconic buildings and neighborhoods you see.
In the city’s veins, global ambassadors sit under a ring of high-definition video surveillance, equipped with gesture recognition technology that streams the footage to the screen to provide you with close-ups and personalized advice.
